Clean and solid installation of a new, long gas line for our cooker and a new drain for our dishwasher and laundry machine. Showed up on time, cleaned up after, and really contributed enormously to us feeling settled in our new home!

Had Thomas out to look at a leak in the ceiling. He was able to quickly identify the leak with minimal cutting into the ceiling and re seal the shower to stop the leak. Very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Will definitely use them again for any water issues.

Prompt, professional and efficient service all round for a bathroom hose that burst during the night. Writing this out in a step by step way in case others find this useful! Got through the switchboard to Anna (guessing the spelling, apologies) quickly at 3 something am. Anna was patient and passed on the details quickly to Lynn. Lynn calmly and promptly gave us instructions to isolate the water and turn it off, and booked for a plumber/engineer (Tom) who arrived at 9 am, as expected. Tom was also prompt and professional, explained everything clearly with minimal jargon, and carefully cut through tiling around the bath to access the hose. After identifying the issue, buying materials, and replacing the hose, Tom cleaned up the floor and promptly wrote up the report. Lynn also sent through the report promptly. Everything was as seamless, calm and efficiently done as it could be for an unexpected plumbing issue in the middle of the night.
